Dear Parents
Children in Need
We all had a wonderful time with Pudsey Bear, and last Friday we raised the magnificent sum of £136.92. Many thanks to all the parents who provided biscuits, cakes and competitions to support this worthy cause.
Christmas Cards
Today your child will bring home the Christmas Card they designed. If you wish to order copies please return the form and money to Mrs Caroline Hegarty or Miss Davey by next Friday - 30th November.
Christmas Art Day
On Tuesday 4th December we have decided to hold an off-timetable day. The children will be in 4 groups doing Christmas linked activities - sweet-making, pottery, fabric and decorated boxes. If any parents would like to join us, your help would be much appreciated.
Fruit
For those parents paying for fruit termly, this half term there are 8 weeks, (£4.80).
Exbourne Pre School
Exbourne Pre-school will be having a stall at the village post office each Friday between now and Christmas. They will be selling crafts, homemade cakes, gifts etc. with the Christmas market in mind! They would welcome your custom and/or any donations of items to sell. See you there!
Eden Project
The Eden Project are bidding for Lottery Funding The People's £50 million Contest, which will be decided by a public vote in December. The projects competing will be aired between 3rd and 7th December. You can vote for their "The Edge" project on the website www.edenproject.com and find out more at www.theedge.org
